  • 1. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation by weather

    Cruise itinerary is subject to change, with or without prior notice, depending upon tide and weather conditions. The refund amount will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help, we will be able to recommend the customer alternative tour.

    Cancellation by customers
    • More than 20 days before departure: FOC (excluding bank fee)
    • From 4 to 20 days before departure: 100% of the deposit
    • Less than 3 days before departure: 100% of the total rate
    • No Show: 100% of the total rate
  • 2. Booking confirmation

    Our travel consultant will be in touch with you within one working day after you sumit your request in our website. The booking is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email.

  • 3. Deposit & final payment

    Below is our standard payment terms and conditions. To secure spaces for our tour, you need to pay 30& of the total cost as deposit. This payment can be paid with the above payment methods. After we get your payment, we will send you the confirmation email within 1 working day. The final payment can be paid 3 days before your departure date.

    Please note that 3% of the total payable amount will be charged as payment processing fee.
